Returns & Exchanges

At Dog Child, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original condition and packaging into a shipping box, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
